Welcome to Schengen Pro ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Schengen Pro is a third-party service provider that assists customers with Schengen visa appointment bookings and related embassy affairs. We act as an intermediary between customers and embassy/consular services.

2. Services Description

We provide the following services:

  • Appointment Booking Service (£45): We secure Schengen visa appointments at London embassies on your behalf
  • Full Schengen Visa Application Service (£145): Comprehensive application assistance including document review, form completion, and appointment booking
  • Visa Requirement Checking: AI-powered tool to check visa requirements for your destination
  • Document Checklist Generation: Personalized document checklists based on your nationality and destination

Important: We are a third-party service provider and are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or government agency. We handle embassy affairs on behalf of our customers but do not guarantee visa approval, which remains at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consular authority.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected service
  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes

Payments are due immediately upon service selection. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods supported by Stripe.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Full Refund Window

Customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their service within 24 hours of payment, regardless of the reason.

After 24 Hours - Admin Fee Applies

For cancellations made after 24 hours from payment, a non-refundable admin fee of £35 will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs and administrative expenses.

Refund Calculation Examples:

  • Appointment Booking (£45):
    • • Within 24 hours: Full £45 refund
    • • After 24 hours: £10 refund (£45 - £35 admin fee)
  • Full Application Service (£145):
    • • Within 24 hours: Full £145 refund
    • • After 24 hours: £110 refund (£145 - £35 admin fee)

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

Circumstances for Full Refunds (No Admin Fee):

  • We are unable to secure an appointment before your intended travel date
  • Service failure on our part that prevents completion of your request
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of payment

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

We are a third-party service provider and cannot guarantee:

  • Visa approval (decision remains with embassy/consular authorities)
  • Appointment availability during your preferred dates
  • Embassy processing times or decisions
  • Changes to embassy requirements or procedures

Our responsibility is limited to securing appointment bookings and providing application assistance. We are not responsible for visa decisions, embassy delays, or changes in immigration policies.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond promptly to our requests for information or documentation
  • Attend your booked appointment at the scheduled time
  • Bring all required documents as specified by the embassy
  • Pay any additional embassy fees or charges directly to the embassy
  • Comply with all embassy rules and regulations

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We collect and use your information solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Your personal information may be shared with embassy/consular services as required for appointment booking and application processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for:

  • Visa refusal or denial
  • Embassy delays or changes in procedures
  • Travel expenses or costs incurred
  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Loss of opportunity or business

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
